The Garmin dēzl has detailed maps for North America that also include truck related restrictions like bridge heights, sharp curves, weight limits and more. As we know, we can not always trust any GPS 100% but the truck setting on the dēzl assists in knowing what is coming on any given route. 

The Trip Routing feature allows me to take your permit and plan the route with waypoints to help insure that there are no missed turns. These photos are a few screen shots from a couple of recently escorted trips. 

Each flag on the map represents a road change, detour or ramp listed on the permit.
